Brass forging and machining

Our factory of brass forging and machining was established in 1986 and started to manufacture high precision components of the surgical operation equipment, we keep dedicating ourselves in high standard manufacturing, which forms our strong technical ability. Now the factory area is around 50000 square meters and near 600 people is working here.

With continuous technical renovation and quality control improvement, we have been the leading manufacturer and supplier of OEM parts for HVAC and Fluid industry, like world famous Bosch, Viessmann, Danfoss, Elster, Wolf, ITT Industry , Rectus-Parker and American Standard,, etc.

We are alway trying to improve our manufacturing efficiency. In order to achieve competitive cost on complex parts of brass forging and machining, LD Tech introduces 2 fully automatic machines from Italy.

Hot Forging

The forging workshop is equipped with 32 sets of forging machines with capability from 25ton to 400ton to make maximum 10kg forged blanks of brass and aluminum.

Our stable forging process guarantees our high quality forging parts with critical dimensions and good strength. By our suitable design for blanks and technical process of the forging, we can make our best to reduce material & machining cost so that we can supply our customers the machined part with lower price and higher strength.

CNC Machining on steel and
stainless steel turned parts

LD Tech started to develop high standard steel and stainless steel parts from 2004. We have set an individual CNC machining workshop equipped with middle-class CNC machining center and CNC fixed head lathes. In this instance LD Tech is able to produce the quality steel and stainless steel turned parts at competitive cost.

Economic CNC Turning

LD Tech is now equipped with 150 sets of economical CNC lathe, which are very suitable for brass parts. We are able to provide our customer turning service for quantity batch from 1pc to over 10, 000pcs. Based on the higher precision and cheap machining cost providing by this kind of lathe, we could definitely provide our customers the best prices with high standard quality brass components. Meanwhile the 150sets could promise the most swift delivery time.

Our 2 assembly lines and experienced operators can providing our customer the best assembled parts using in fluid industries such as valves, meters and couplings.

We can retain a 2-month-period stock for our customers. This could not only help our customer to obtain parts under any emergent circumstance, but also low down their storage cost.
