| We have been the share holder of our partner Tie Cheng Precision Casting Co., Ltd. (TCC) of investment casting of lost wax. LD Tech is trying to help TCC to improve the quality control.Under the assistant from LD Tech, the foundry obtain TS16949 certificate so as to supply quality casting for automotive industry. The foundry is only 30 minutes's away from our precision machining factory, which creates good condition that LD Tech is able to supply the customer fine machined casting even there is high machining requirement.
In 2010 we have established a production line of compound casting, which is use white wax mold and silicon shell. The casting surface and tolerance from compound casting is better than water glass and a little worse than colloidal silica. But the cost is much lower than the cost of colloidal silica and just a little higher than the cost of water glass.This casting line just offer more choice for the customers. Max Weight: 200kg |
